We are living in a world, which is increasingly giving you less control, more choices and reduced predictability. You are in fact caught in the midst of a Human Resource revolution, where everybody is moving away from being an organization's man or woman to becoming free agents in total control of their work life.
This "free agency" concept is being applied not just to entrepreneurs or the self- employed but also to anyone and everyone, in all industries and at any stage in their career.
